If we have made a mistake by sending you the wrong item(s), or there is a defect, we sincerely apologize. Let us make it right! Please fill out the form below and check the box "incorrect/damaged". It will be our responsibility to pay for shipping the item back to KayKy Designs and replacing it promptly.

If the shirt is not the correct size, we will be happy to exchange that item for the correct size. There is a $5.95 exchange/processing fee for all orders that fall within this category. Please check the shirt size tool to ensure correct fit before ordering. This will help to avoid paying the additional exchange fee.
To be eligible for an exchange/store credit, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. A full store credit will be given to customers that qualify.
Who is responsible for return mail cost?
KayKy Designs will be responsible for shipping return cost if the item(s) is defective or incorrect. In all other instances, the customer is responsible for the return cost.
